Reservation and Payment Policies

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Individuals:$100 deposit per person with reservation.
Groups: $500 deposit with reservation.

$100 per person to confirm number of people 60 days prior to arrival and balance due at least 45 days prior to arrival date.

Terms and Conditions

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Any deposit or payment to Scuba Bimini Dive Resort shows acceptance and acknowledgement of the terms and conditions as stated here:

Scuba Bimini Dive Resort, herein after referred to as SBDR, acts only as agent for owners and contractors providing transportation, accommodations, diving and other services. All tickets and/or vouchers are issued subject to terms and conditions under which transportation, accommodations, diving and other services are offered or provided and constitute the sole contract between the supplier and the tour member. SBDR shall not, at any time or in any way, be responsible for loss, injury or damage arising from an Act of God, act of government or defacto authority, war, civil unrest, any kind of hostilities, strikes thefts, sickness, quarantine, immigration or custom regulations, hijacking, breakdown, delay, cancellations, error, omissions or other cause beyond its control. Furthermore, SBDR reserves the right, without notice, to make changes or cancellations in part or whole as circumstances dictate. SBDR accepts no liability for the consequences of the personal activities of any passenger who is deemed personally responsible for the decision concerning conditions of health, safety or fitness for diving and other activity, or any other circumstances beyond its control.

Scuba Bimini Dive Resort and its air transportation services will not be responsible for, and will not issue refunds or credits for the following: early departure by customer's choice; dives cancelled as a result of inclement weather and/or Acts of God; damages or costs resulting from postponed flight times, including but not limited to missed transportation connections; nor for errors herein. Flight departure and arrival times cannot be guaranteed, as weather conditions may affect operating conditions. Maximum attention will be given to safety.
Furthermore, Scuba Bimini Dive Resort will not be responsible for loss or costs incurred as a result of passenger's failure to supply proper identification for entry or participation requirements. It is the passenger's responsibility to comply with all customs and immigration laws.
